Snell Cottage Guidelines:

• Renters must check-in and check out at times set to ensure proper cleaning between rentals.

• WiFi is provided, but due to the bluffs, WiFi speed cannot be guaranteed.

• Cottages have kitchen dishes, pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker and stove.

• We do not provide linens (sheets and towels) unless rented. Comforter, pillows and mattress covers are provided for the beds.

• Bedding is not allowed outside.

•  The beds and foldout couch are queen size.

• Do not feed the ducks, geese, or anything with feathers.

• Firewood is only to be used in the firepit provided. Any firewood under the deck can be used by our renters.

• Due to the new yard, all guests will have to enter the water at the end of the dock, stairs are provided. For your safety, please walk, do not run to avoid injury. Please be respectful and stay off of any boats or hoist on the dock. 

• Deposits are nonrefundable 48 hours prior to arrival. Payment is due in full on the day of arrival. 

• Swim at your own risk, the lake is about waist deep about 20 yards out and then gradually drops off. Do not attempt to reach a sandbar unless you are in a boat, DO NOT SWIM to sandbars.

• Boat rental available at the marina 1 mile away.
